No. Parcel Track covers delivery milestones that Shopify does not email about (in transit, out for delivery, delivered, exceptions). You control exactly which notifications are enabled.

Can I edit the content of the emails?

Yes — subject lines, body content, branding and dynamic variables like order number, estimated delivery date and tracking link are all editable, per language.

Can notifications come from my own email address?

Yes. Add your domain in the sender settings, create the SPF and DKIM DNS records we provide, and notifications will be sent from your own address.
