Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By installing or using Parcel Track (the "App"), operated by Roi Expert, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

2. The service

The App provides order tracking functionality for Shopify stores, including a branded tracking page, shipment status synchronization, shipping notifications and analytics. We may improve or modify features over time.

3. Fees

The App is free to install. The first 50 tracked orders are free; additional tracked orders are billed at $0.04 per order through Shopify's billing system. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you configure (tracking page text, notification content, delivery estimates).
• You must have the right to use any logos or content you upload.
• You must comply with applicable laws, including e-commerce and consumer protection rules in the markets you sell to.

5. Data

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. You remain the controller of your customers' data; we act as your processor.

6. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Tracking data depends on third-party carriers and may be delayed or incomplete. Support is provided by email at support@parcel-track.app.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roi Expert shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may uninstall the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. Sections 5–7 survive termination.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of France.
