Open Parcel Track from your Shopify admin and go to the Analytics section. Six dashboards cover shipments, transit time, order-to-delivery time, tracking page, notifications and exceptions.
Can I export the data?
Yes. Every dashboard supports CSV export, and you can also export raw order and shipment data from the Orders section.
How far back does the data go?
Analytics start accumulating from the moment you install. Orders from the last 30 days are synced on installation, so you get useful data on day one.
Is analytics an extra paid add-on?
