What counts as an order?
An order is counted when Parcel Track syncs and tracks it — one order with multiple parcels still counts as one order. Orders without fulfillment/tracking are not charged.
What happens after my 50 free orders?
You simply pay $0.04 per additional tracked order, billed through your Shopify invoice. No subscription starts automatically and there is nothing to cancel.
Are any features locked behind higher plans?
No. There are no plans and no feature gates — every feature, from analytics to origin masking, is included from your very first order.
How does billing work?
Usage is billed through Shopify on your regular Shopify invoice, so there is no separate payment method to set up.
What if I have a big sales spike?
Nothing breaks — tracking continues for every order and you pay only for what you use. 1,000 extra orders costs just $40.
