This Privacy Policy describes how Parcel Track ("the App"), operated by Roi Expert ("we", "us"), collects, uses and shares information when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify store, or when you visit this website.

Information we collect

When you install the App, we access certain information from your Shopify account:

  • Store information: store name, domain, email address, plan and locale.
  • Order information: order numbers, fulfillment status, tracking numbers, carrier information and shipping destinations — the data required to provide order tracking.
  • Customer information: names, email addresses and shipping addresses of your customers, used solely to display tracking information and send shipping notifications on your behalf.

How we use the information

  • Provide and operate the order tracking service, tracking page and notifications.
  • Communicate with you about the service and provide support.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use your customers' data for advertising.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the App (hosting, email delivery, carrier tracking data providers), each bound by confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.

Data retention

Order and shipment data is retained while the App is installed. When you uninstall the App, associated personal data is deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

GDPR

For merchants and customers in the European Economic Area, we process personal data as a processor on behalf of the merchant. We support Shopify's GDPR webhooks for data access and erasure requests. To exercise your rights, contact us at support@parcel-track.app.

Cookies

This website uses only strictly necessary cookies. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
